Product Marketing Manager

Who we are looking for.

Smart. Adaptable. Quick. Digital. You are a champion of product marketing activities that drive demand and usage of products and ultimately grow revenues. You are a creative and quantitative thinker who can identify and articulate a product’s value to the market. You get digital, SaaS and B2B marketing.
 

What you will do.

You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. You should be familiar with various product marketing tools and techniques as well as tactics for measuring and monitoring results. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable marketing plans possible to successfully position and promote our SaaS products in North America.
 
 

Your responsibilities.

Your mandate is to develop in depth knowledge of JUDI products and solutions so you can translate technical details into benefits for the user. You will then work with sales and marketing teams to identify and implement marketing strategies which you will evaluate and modify based on KPIs and feedback.   

You will be responsible for supporting three key areas of the business: 1) Product 2) Sales and 3) Marketing.

Product:

  • You will collaborate with product management and customer success teams to identify product benefits then develop a strategy to communicate these benefits to customers, partners, analysts, media and the public.
  • Translate product features and roadmap into viable marketing initiatives
  • Define customer and user personas
  • Develop tools, content and campaigns to introduce/sell product to market (e.g. feature sheets, blog posts and pain points)
  • Research, evaluate and document our customers, their needs, behaviours and pain points;
  • Support redesign of our website!

Sales:

  • Provide sales team with marketing information necessary to support their success
  • Follow and analyze fintech market trends to identify the best ways to position our products
  • Become an expert on marketing fintech and cloud services
  • Develop effective product marketing strategies (pricing, promoting, product launching)
  • Execute marketing strategies in conjunction with sales activities
  • Train sales teams on brand messaging
  • Generate strong marketing momentum ahead of new product launches

Marketing:

  • Through your in-depth technical knowledge of the product help the marketing team create a modern and engaging brand message suitable for multiple target markets
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms
  • Create test strategies for marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Execute marketing strategies in conjunction with sales activities
  • Evaluate strategies using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Recommend improvements on an ongoing basis to develop the most effective marketing programs possible
 

Your qualifications.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in a software company
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Proven experience solving problems and dealing with change

Senior Product Manager

Who we are looking for.

Researcher, thinker, integrator, doer. We are looking for someone to drive the right features, at the right time keeping product stability as a priority. Quality and efficiency are part of your DNA – you’ll build and own the road map and deployment plan – in collaboration with key stakeholders of course. You enjoy diving into the details to really understand the problem and connect the dots to see how the solution fits to the bigger picture.
 
 

What you will do.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join and take on the ownership of one of the JUDI products! You will balance your knowledge of the business, the customers and the dev team to set the path for releasing high quality features often. You’ll stay on top of industry trends and identify the right steps to meet customer needs. Your process skills will allow you to improve efficiency and remove blockers for the dev team by identifying workflows, business rules and user stories that need to be implemented.
 
 

Your responsibilities.

  • Identify and manage new features and releases through the full product lifecycle;
  • Deliver high quality product releases on a high frequency and iterative basis;
  • Work with the VP of Product to continuously update the product vision and product roadmap;
  • Work with Customer Success team and directly with clients to identify opportunities and improvements and define new features from initial concept to requirements to delivery
  • Build, groom and maintain sprint backlogs in JIRA to ensure we’re always ahead of the game;
  • Work closely with technical leads to define and communicate a tactical project plan that delivers the most value as early and as frequently as possible;
  • Identify product and technical issues and recommend and track solutions;
  • Know the product inside and out.
 
 

Your qualifications.

  • Minimum of 5 years product management or product development experience in a web application environment;
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends;
  • Great communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and experience navigating unchartered water or starting a new initiative;
  • Experience working in an agile environment with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment;
  • You know how to manage changing requirements of a product and can prioritize bugs, technical debt and new features within a Backlog;
  • Hands on experience creating and leading tech products.
 
 

Attributes and nice to haves.

  • Previous experience in a similar or related product area, preferably finance, B2B SaaS or tech startup;
  • Project management and business analysis experience;
  • BS/BA in Engineering or similar field is a plus.

Strategic Partnership Manager

Who we are looking for.

What you will do.

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, managing a pipeline and closing business.
 

Your responsibilities.

  • Build a pipeline of opportunities by following up on leads and by running prospecting campaigns via email, social media and calls. ;
  • Qualifying prospective clients;
  • Working the Sales cycle to a close and meet Sales targets;
  • Keeping complete and accurate CRM database records on prospective accounts and contacts;
  • Collaborate with the team on sales opportunities, providing feedback our product management and marketing ;
 
 

Your qualifications.

  • 3 years sales experience for a SaaS or software company;
  • Financial sector experience or financial background a plus ;
  • Comfortable with the “C” suite, great presence and polish;
  • Passionate about your work with a growth mindet;
  • Flexible, fast learner, self-motivated and goal oriented;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ;
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US;
