Product Manager
 
What you will do.
For your area of responsibility, you will balance your knowledge of the business, the customers and the dev team to set the path for releasing high quality features often. You’ll stay on top of industry trends and identify the right steps to meet customer needs. Your process skills will allow you to improve efficiency and remove blockers for the dev team by identifying workflows, business rules and user stories that need to be implemented 
 
Your responsibilities:
  • Day to day, you will analyze and clean customer data to train our machine learning engine; 
  • Manage new features and releases through the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility; 
  • Deliver high quality product releases on a high frequency and iterative basis; 
  • Create release notes and all features and bug fixes are accurately included in the release notes; 
  • Help the development team to prioritize bug fixes for releases; 
  • Build, groom and maintain sprint backlogs in JIRA to ensure we’re always ahead of the game; 
  • Work together with your development team lead and the senior product team members to refine your user stories, so that they are accurate and easily consumable by the development and QA teams; 
  • Work closely with technical leads to define and communicate a tactical project plan that delivers the most value as early and as frequently as possible; 
  • Identify product and technical issues and recommend and track solutions; 
  • Use data and metrics to drive your recommendations and decisions; 
  • Know the product inside and out. 

Your qualifications:

Your qualifications.

  • Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent 
  • Prior work experience in software development environment as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer or Softaware Development Engineer; 
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills to take on high-level requirements or problem statements and come up with clear and coherent requirements for development; 
  • Great communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences; 
  • Eagerness to continuously improve yourself as Product Manager  
  • Eye, and patience, for details; 
  • Love, and respect, for Data and the insight it provides.

Business Development Manager

Who we are looking for.
If you are a hunter with a dynamic personality, are a highly motivated self-starter able to qualify, work through the Sales cycle and close deals in the mid-market/commercial space, we definitely want to talk to you!
 

What you will do.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

 

Your responsibilities.

  • Accountable to meet or exceed software subscription sales quotas (ARR)
  • Execute and help to improve the defined sales process
  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned geographic territory, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the Judi.ai platform capabilities
  • Discover and close new customers (i.e. land)
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor, and ensure continued satisfaction and renewals
  • Foster a community; build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers and develop your position as a thought leader in the enterprise sales space
 

Your qualifications.

  • A minimum of 5 years Enterprise Sales Experience, winning deals valued at $100,000 ARR or more.
  • Experience selling to Financial Services is an asset.
  • Knowledge of a Sales Methodology (Sandler, Miller Hieman, Challenger etc…)
  • Experience selling to senior Business and Technical Audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and solve problems.
  • Strong understanding of data and data concepts
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a thirst to be part of a dynamic, fast paced and growing company
  • Ability to market to enterprise businesses and network accordingly
  • Tech savvy and passionate about staying up to date on the latest tech
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time per month
